Treatment Philosophy
Noah believes that healing begins with connection—with ourselves, our past, and the world around us. Her approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and collaboration. Noah specializes in working with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, identity exploration, and life transitions.
Drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based techniques, and a trauma-informed lens, Noah supports clients in understanding the different parts of themselves while creating space for self-leadership, clarity, and growth. She strives to create an inclusive, affirming environment that is centered on each client’s unique story.
Whether clients are facing something new or processing something from the past, Noah walks alongside them as they reconnect with their inner strength and resilience.
