Treatment Philosophy
Healing starts with awareness, compassion, and authentic connection—with yourself and with others. Gabrielle’s work is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and collaboration. She offers a calm, non-judgmental space where you can explore your inner world, understand patterns, and create meaningful change at a workable pace.
Gabrielle specializes in supporting adults facing anxiety, trauma, self-esteem concerns, and relationship challenges. She also works with individuals adapting to neurological conditions—including adult-onset epilepsy and traumatic brain injury—bringing a thoughtful, compassionate perspective informed by lived experience. Drawing from Emotionally Focused
Therapy (EFT), Integrative Behavioral Couple Therapy (IBCT), and mindfulness-based approaches, she helps clients deepen self-understanding, build resilience, and strengthen emotional connection.
