Olivia is pursuing her M.A. in Clinical Psychology at Antioch University Santa Barbara, and earned her B.A. in Psychology with a concentration in Neuroscience from Florida Gulf Coast University.

Olivia is passionate about honoring the depth and diversity of human experience and creating a space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and supported. She integrates Contemporary Psychodynamic Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, tailoring her approach to the unique needs and experiences of each individual or family. Sessions with Olivia are collaborative, and relaxed, helping clients feel safe as they explore life’s challenges.
She works with individuals and families navigating anxiety, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, depression, grief, trauma, and attachment challenges. Olivia helps clients better understand how their internal world influences behavior, how emotional experiences shape the body, and how to create meaning and resilience in the face of life’s hardships.
Olivia walks alongside her clients on their journey, offering guidance, support, and steady presence as they cultivate empowerment, insight, self-awareness, and hope. She strives to help each person move beyond their experiences in a way that is unique to them, creating a therapeutic space where they know they are never alone, no matter what challenges they are facing.
